IMAP Resource Problem

Hello,

I use Kontact 1.1. I got a IMAP mailbox containing groupware resource folders. 
The contacts folder contains about 30-40 items, which are visible in KMail. 
In KAddressbook they were not visible at all, until I turned off "Load 
attachments on demand" in the KMail IMAP configuration. Now I can see one of 
the contacts in KAddressbook.

How do I make the rest appear?
