Open up the Control Panel, go to the Icons page.
Select the "noia.tar.gz" file as the uninstall file.
Click Install.
Click Apply

-->> There is no need to unpack the tar file before installing it.

This is certainly an impressive set of icons, this Carlitos guy has a 
great future ahead of him.
