You can just make a link from:

 $KDEDIR/share/applnk/gnome-menu => /usr/share/gnome/apps

Your path may be different.

There is one small problem, the icons.  You will have to add the full 
path to the icon to each: "*.desktop" and ".directory" file in the gnome 
apps directory tree.
