afaik, there is kxmleditor (look on app.kde.com)

Hi,
First you can read in the help provided with kdevelop
"the kdevelop project"->"internationalization".
But you haven't to include kapp.h, it's the file klocale.h you need.
Or try this out, maybe this is only in my case true.
After this simply click on the entry "add a new translation" in kdevelop.
Then there will be a new file added in the dir /yourproject/po/ ,
named e.g. de.po.
This file can you edit with kbabel.
After that click merge messages, now you have to install your application and
it should work fine.
