SVN commit 439712 by rchern:

- no references to "Z" in public matrix functions
- remove resize(int) funciton and replace with resize(int x, int y) function
- remove rawData function and replace with setValue(double x, double y, double 
z) and setValueRaw(int x, int y, double z)
- change value() and valueRaw() to return the values and accept a pointer to a 
bool
