[Bug 109467] New: New kst setting for default font size: msg#00189kde.kst
------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109467 Summary: New kst setting for default font size Product: kst Version: unspecified Platform: unspecified OS/Version: Solaris Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kst kde org ReportedBy: nicolas.brisset eurocopter com Version: 1.2.0_devel (using KDE 3.4.0, compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.4.3 OS: SunOS (sun4u) release 5.8 Even though kst default settings are generally fine, in some environments there can be problems, e.g. wrt font sizes. My working environment is basically remote XDMCP connexion from a Windows XP machine to a Sun server, and with that setup I get plots with extremely small font sizes. If only I could specify in a kst setting to use bigger fonts (with the same figure as I can input in the "Appearance" tab in the plot dialog), it would be really help. More generally speaking, I've noticed that some people like huge font sizes when others like them tiny, so why not give users a choice here ? |
