Configure the KOrganizer conduit (Settings->Configure Conduits, move conduit to "active" column, click configure) with the name of your KOrganizer data file. I'm not sure whether data you have already backed up will be synced, though.

BTW, can't we turn the two ListViews into one ListView with CheckListItems? would be easier to (de)activate conduits then, and the dialogbox would be cleaner (and we don't need that explanation between the two ListViews any more.

I think, we should even ask the people on kde-usability at some point to improve the overall usability of kpilot (the usability people recently complained that the coders don't care too much about usability anyway, so this would be a good time to ask them)
