First of all, it should be "check_PROGRAMS=testdcop" in the Makefile.am
and not "noinst_PROGRAMS", then it doesn't get build except when you
explicitly call "make check".

And secondly this program can be deleted anyway as the conduit shouldn't
access KAddressBook, so there is also no need to have a test program
for this.
