Patches for calendar system suppor, resume and pending one

    Looking at the past messages i'm afraid i forgot sending calendarsystem
patch... I'm sorry. That's here.

    So, initial support (full in date navigator) might be complete applying:
        ptchkorganizer , included in message of date 2002-05-50 (Re:[Patch]
for korganizer, replaces last...)
        ptchMake.am , included in these same message (for top pim
Makefile.am)
        ptchcalsys, in this message, for calendarsystem as library

     Would them be ok? Diffs are generated from 13th day snapshot.
