Many thanks for fixing this. I know that this is tedious work, so I 
really appreciate that you have done it :-)

These don't have a GUI in KOrganizer. Would it make sense to add one?

Testing the recurrence functionality is difficult because there are so 
many options and different situations. It would be nice to have some 
automatic checks, e.g. loading a test file, writing it back and check, 
if it is identical to the original one. That would be a simple test, 
more sophisticated ones would also be desirable.
