I am running 4.2.3 right now. Looked to me like that was the latest one out 
there for distribution. Could be my eyes acting up on me againg... ;-) 

I tried to check out the sources from the CVS server and could not get past 
the fact that a configure.in file did not exist. Attempts at using autoconf 
and friends yielded a configure that was broken.  Is there a source tarball 
out there?
