[Bug 79980] need to enter Alt-F twice to get the File menu

I consider this issue resolved: hide the grep tool, and you need to press ALT + 
F only once. Shortcuts in the grep tool is a feature that I will not remove, 
you can assign a shortcut to easily show/hide the tool.
