We are working on replacing the many dialogs with a single one, and the popping 
up of the dialogs is disabled in HEAD atm.
You will get a warning dialog when you focus a changed document, and when 
saving/closing as usual.
I'll agree to make the on focus warnings optional, as soon as the single dialog 
is working.
