I would vote for the Tools menu, here are some reasons:

* Before placing it in Tools we had it in the Settings menu, and there were 
actually several users complaining they could not find the equalizer setup. 
Guess what, they were looking for it in the Tools menu. With the current 
solution on the other hand, I have yet to hear a complaint.

* Settings menu is already crowded.

* Arguably, the equalizer _is_ a tool, just as the covermanager is.


Well, I guess one could argue this topic back and forth, and it's prolly not 
worth pulling one's hair out. If we decide to put that stuff in Settings, 
well, that's OK with me too. Just my 2 cents.
