Running kdevelop build-test for revision 1004480 
Compile error in r1004361 fixed.

Unbreak the new-class wizard: Unlock the duchain lock before calling 
openDocument().
This led to an immediate assertion.

Obviously, the new-class wizard was never tested after this change was done, 
grrrrrr
Every code has to be tested before going into svn!!!

Update to private implementation generator
- Now enforces initialization in private structure if any member has a 
reference or a class without default constructor
