*please* keep reports to one issue. i will soon just starting marking reports
with lists of issues in them as INVALID without even giving them a second look.
i'm wasting too much of my time with this kind of thing.

as for point #3 in this report, that would be because kephal isn't telling us
about the change in size properly. please try updating to 4.2.4 or even 4.3 and
see if that resolves the issue. it should.
