When using both actions in my toolbar, I see 2 times the same icon, which is
not good.

It seems there is no mail-message-new-list.png, which is used
in  mPostToMailinglistAction = new KAction( KIcon( "mail-message-new-list" ),
kmmainwidget.cpp
