Note: I think we need a full reinitialization, meaning including psml etc., not 
just database.
I think the following steps would be sufficient for such a cron job:
- stop portal
- delete installation directory
- copy back a pre-initialized copy of the installation directory, including the 
(derby?) database
- start portal
