New License Update (Final)

Hi all,

I am glad to report that, with David's recent permission, I have finally
receive the permission of 26 authors (including myself) to relicense
SableVM under the Apache License 2.0.  This does includes all copyright
holders of code in the SableVM development trunk, and all active
developers.  :-)
