New License Update (2)

Hi all,

The relicensing effort is going very well so far.  I have received the
permission of 23 out of 27 SableVM authors.  There are only 4 authors
that have not yet replied to my permission request email.  Here is the
distribution:
- 1 has made major contributions and has already unofficially confirmed
  his willingness to give the permission.
- 1 has contributed minor patches that have migrated to the trunk.
- 1 has made a contribution long ago.  His code was deprecated long ago
  and recently removed from the trunk.
- 1 has written code that has never been added to the trunk.

If you recognize yourself within those 4 authors, please send me either
positive or negative feedback, as soon as possible.  Thanks!

On another front, I have sent a contribution proposal to the Harmony
developer mailing list:

The feedback, so far, is positive.  I will let you know as things develop.
