New License Update

Hi All,

Tracking history in our repository, I have identified 27 authors for
SableVM code, including authors of little patches and authors of code
that has never migrated out of sandboxes.

Out of the 27 authors, I have already received the permission of 16
authors (including myself) to contribute SableVM to Harmony.

Of the 11 remaining authors:
- 1 has made major contributions and has already unofficially confirmed
  his willingness to give the permission.
- 5 have contributed minor patches that have migrated to the trunk.
- 1 had made a major contribution long ago, but his code was eventually
  removed from the trunk (yet his name still hangs in the AUTHORS file).
- 4 have written code that has never been added to the trunk.

I can simply say that I am amazed at our number of past contributors!  I
had not realized that so many people had worked on SableVM.  It also
means that our AUTHORS file is not fully up to date, as some patch
contributors were not added to the file.  I will make sure to update
this file appropriately before contributing SableVM to Harmony.
