Hi Chris,

I forgot to say:  I have no problem with keeping the SpMT stuff in your
Sandbox under the LGPL.

Yet, I am asking other developers to extend the relicensing permissions
to their sandbox, as much of the interesting SableVM code is still
sitting in sandboxes, such as loading constraints, remote debugging, etc.
