ULC Text Area with data types

Hi all,

recently, there was a debate on the mailing list, 
on how to limit the number of insertable characters for a ULCTextArea.

Recently, I also implemented a ULCTextArea extension, 
which adds the support of ULC data types on ULCTextArea.
The extension solves the above problem, because one can apply
the data type ULCStringDataType on the text area extension.

The extension was made on behalf of a customer's consulting request.
With the explicit permission of this generous customer, I am allowed
to pass the extension on to those who are interest.
