regarding tool-tips in ULCHtmlPane

hi,

 

 when i display the line-chart using the ULCHtmlPane.setText() i am unable to get the tool-tips for line charts. i am displaying the same chart in IE6.0 it is showing the tool-tips.

       can anybody suggest the solution for this problem
