JiBx compiling Problem

Dear Friends:

I am in great trouble and hope you people can solve my problem.

I am trying to make a syncML object but it needs some binding.
there is a file binding.xml for sync4j but i am not able to compile binding.xml 
file.

can anybody please tell me how i can compile the binding.xml with JiBX compiler.

Please Help Me
