AFAIK the following devices support video playback:
Nokia 3650 *
Nokia 6230 *
Nokia 6600 *
Nokia 6820 *
Nokia N-Gage *
Nokia 7600 *
Nokia 7700 *
But I cannot confirm most of them because I simply
don't have them. Also note that the models are quite
new (and maybe some of them not released yet).
Apart from Nokia, I couldn't find MMAPI video support
in other brands.

beware, as some of the phones feature MMAPI audio
only capabilities (SE Txxx for instance)
