Subject: Way to load a MIDlet to a phone

Hi,

I have developed a few MIDlets using Sun J2ME Wireless toolkit.

I need to test the application after deploying it in a phone.

I would appreciate if somebody could help me out answering the
following questions.

1. What is the easiest way to load such a MIDlet in to a J2ME enabled phone ? ( I mean is it
possible to load the application to the phone using a data cable or some thing like that ? )
2. Does the make/brand of the phone matter ? Is this loading method different from phone to phone ?
3. Should I need a mobile service provider who supports J2ME in order to do this ?
Or is it enough to have a GPRS service provider ?

Thanks in advance !
