Siemens S55 hurdles

I'm now a "victim" of this phone.. the problem is
that I seem to be unable to download a java app.
via OTA.
I create a favorite with the .jad URL, a screen
appears
with the ETA, but after a while I get a "loading
error"
alert box...
Is there any special requirement with the JAD file?
(I use a complete URL to the jar)...

Any help is appreciated,
