The great thing about SMS is that it is a store and forward transport, so
messages can be buffered locally in an Inbox or remotely at an SMS service
center. The WMA spec is careful to recognize that not all platforms
will be implemented in the same manner. When the Java environment is
launched,
the implementation must check which Push registrations have been made and
what messages are available that have not been dispatched, yet.
