MMAPI Emulator does not respond

Please,

    I'm trying to use MMAPI emulator but when I launch
my MIDlet it does not respond. I tried the mmapi
sample midlets also and I passed for same behaviour.
    If I use a MIDlet that does not access any MMAPI
methods, it does not work also.
    My system is a Pentium II with 128 MRam .
