Hi,

I assume when you say lower-level, you refer to Canvas. high level refer to
Form/List. For MIDP 1.0, there is no way to mix them together, unless you go
down the vendor specific API (e.g. Motorola). If you really want, I suggest
you look into Synclast UI API.
