Why I can't post a message

Hi,

Why can't I post message on the list? This thing keep happend to me since
last week. Anything wrong with my account or your server?Please check out
for me. when I post a message I always got a note as following:

Hi, guys:

How can use lower-level UI with high-level UI together? I wanna design my
layout on screen with some form, textfield, and list. It looks like only
can use lower-level or high-level, isn't it?Any ideas?
