SISC 1.16.3-rc is released and is available from the SISC website. This
release changes the |max-stack-trace-depth| parameter from a static
to dynamic parameter. This means you can now enable/disable Matthias'
tail-call correct stack tracing code at runtime.
Thanks to Norman Gray for the feature request.
This is also a release candidate. No bugs cropped up between the
1.16.2-beta and this one, so if everyone can really give this a
thrashing and it holds up, this will become the first 1.16.x stable
release.
