SISC 1.16.1-beta is released and available from the SISC website. This
release fixes a handful of bugs found in the new I/O system, as well as
a nested multiline comment bug. It also fixes a number of minor
buglets identified by Norman Gray. Thanks to Dan Muresan and Allesandro
Colomba for the former bug spots.
With luck, 1.16.1 should prove RC ready in the next week or two, with a
stable release near the beginning of September.
