Attached (and checked in under doc/srfis.txt) is a table indicating
which srfis SISC is currently supporting, won't support, and which we
should be implementing in the near future.
There are quite a few srfis that I listed as "won't implement". Some of
them are plain silly; "Indentation-sensitive syntax" for
example. Others, for example "Numbers", require significant changes and
are in areas that will likely be revised in R6RS, so it doesn't make
sense to devote significant effort to their implementation now when
they will have to be revised again soon.
The only srfis that are on the todo list at the moment are
59 "Vicinity" - this is not a great srfi but it should be easy to
implement since it provides functionality similar to some slib support
code that we already have
66 "Octet Vectors" - this is quite a sensible srfi and should be easy
to implement on top of our 'buffers' module.
78 "Lightweight testing" - nice srfi, a feature request for
implementing this has been filed already. Implementation should be quite
straightforward, and we should convert our own regression tests in the
process.
