I still like the idea. It only complicates the source tree, and not
in a painful way. The benefit, to people embedding SISC, is pretty
high, as it lets them avoid having to figure out how to handle the heap.

Ok, now that there's some agreement to the utility of a heap in a JAR...
What about my suggestion to have sisc.boot.HeapLoader which returns a
SeekableInputStream?
