adding access points (log files) to placelab database

How do I submit access points of my university to placelab.

I tried submitting it using the placelab stumbler. It went fine; but I got this reply from intel research. Why is it so? I saw the database for all APs on placelab.org site and it doesnt contain my university at buffalo's access points? Then why is it not adding my submission

Any answers?
