You claim on the compatibility page that Nokia 7610 phone does not work (trying
to use Bluetooth kills it). I have 7610 phone and trying to uplaud the stumble
logs succeeds no problem. Well... I cannot run the BluetoothServer on my
laptop (cannot open socket - I have Win2000) so I do not get the data from the
phone.
I guess the phone sw versions has some effect on this. My phone has
V 4.0421.4
22-05-04
RH-51
You can find out your phone's sw version by typing
*#0000#
when in idle mode.
Also I would like to point out to you the Known issues in J2ME implementation
on Nokia 6600 -document on forum.nokia.com (I suppose you are familiar with it,
but just to make sure.

Another matter is that getting up to speed with placelab is quite hard because
of the lack of documentation. For example I have not yet found out information
how one can get new beacon information to one's phone.
