Hi Anthony,
Quova's real concern right now is less likely solving the tough, and
ethically challenging problems of tracking mobile users, and more on
increasing their tiny penetration in wireline web services; credit
authorization, security, and streaming broadcast zone marketing.
Thankfully, placelab ideally enable users to determine their location
-without- being tracked on a network.
