Initial Comment:
My environment consists of Windows XP, JDK 1.3.1
and version .9 of OpenEJB; I did the following:
----------------------------------
1) installed OPENEJB in c:\openejb
2) set OPENEJB_HOME=C:\openejb
3) cd bin
4) launched start_openejb.bat
----------------------------------

The error (which is listed below) is because of a missing
'class' file, and when I checked the 'jar' files in the
'lib' sub-directory via "tar tvf", I confirmed that this 
file does not exist.

Did I miss a step, or....?
