Maven 2.0.4 and xdoclet-1.2.3.

The exclude properties does not always works in maven2-xdoclet-plugin.  If the 
src directory contains old xdoclet generated sources, even if those files are 
specified in the exclude properties, xdoclet will still see them and complains 
about duplicated class name.
