Currently, the way the 'properties' property is configured, it actually is 
*required* to provide the mojo with a custom castorbuilder.properties, even if 
there's no need. The Castor XML code generator has a default configuration 
file, and I think this requirement should be dropped, as a user might be happy 
with the custom builder configuration.
