Why isn't TestResult serializable?

Hi, I would like to define a method on an EJB that returns a junit.framework.TestResult , but TestResult is not serializable. I could write a data object that implements Serializable and populate it with the data from TestResult, but I am curious why TestResult was not made serializable from the start. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: addChild: Child name 'ServletRedirector' is not unique

Hi, I've run a few cactus tests, but today I'm getting this Exception in JBoss while deploying the war file.. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: addChild: Child name 'ServletRedirector' is not u nique I thought this error comes when we have the same servlet name multiple times, but this error can be reproduced with this small web.xml file which I have pasted below.
