I will do some more testing today to see if I can pin point , but I am
just using the stock jetty xml to run this 5 user test.. there are request
passing but the through put if off. 5 to 10 trans acts per sec. this is
off from about 50 trans per sec with jsp.

I will try to get to cvs and get the latest logger and rebuild , is there
a nightly build ?

I've checked into CVS a version of NCSARequestLog (and HttpRequest)
that does logging with a much smaller syncronize block - which should
help with your problem. However, I do suspect that something
else is causing your log to block for a while????
