RE: Jetty 4.2.3 and threads: msg#00103java.jetty.support
Greg I am stress testing product now with 4.2.3 and I agree there is a problem with thread allocation. If you need me to test the current version or patch let me know I am doing testing all day today and tomorrow. -----Original Message----- From: Greg Wilkins [mailto:gregw@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, December 09, 2002 9:17 AM To: jetty-support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; rjaros@xxxxxxx Subject: Re: [jetty-support] Jetty 4.2.3 and theads Just a quick update to say that the stress test has been running for about an hour now, cycling between max and min threads about once a minute. The memory usage is stable and not growing, in fact it has shrunk! So 4.2.4rc0 may have solved the problem? I'll keep it running for a few more hours, and then will try 4.2.3 to see how that goes under the same test for me. regards -- Greg Wilkins<gregw@xxxxxxxxxxx> Phone/fax: +44 7092063462 Mort Bay Consulting Australia and UK. http://www.mortbay.com For the latest information about Jetty, please see http://jetty.mortbay.org Your use of Yahoo!
