Accessing the Jetty launcher via Eclipse

Doe anybody knows how to correctly setup Jetty to work with Eclispe?  
1) What other plugins do you need outside of the Jetty Launcher for Eclipse?
2) What other changes do you have to make to get Jetty to work with Eclipse?
