java.jetty.general

Subject: Re: bug in UrlEncoded.java in org.mortbay.util?

It is not a legal URL to have an unencoded '=' character as part of a value - So you should NOT need this fix.

BUT your fix is pretty harmless and we should be "generous in what we
accept and strick in what we generate", so I will probably include it
in 5.0.1

So thanks for the patch.

regards

Aparently there is bug when try to do URL decode on values that contain "=" characters.
The "=" characters are simply droped without any reason. Here is fix. see attached file.
I have checked with Tomcat. Tomcat keeps "=" characters. So is Perl CGI.pm
