[jgroups-dev] Delay of 2.4

During testing and from a customer visit, I found some more bugs in 2.4 
CR2, which I want to fix before releasing 2.4 final. This will delay the 
release by 2-3 weeks (also because Sept 18-21, I'll be in Zurich 
teaching the Clustering course).

I'd rather release 2.4 when it is ready, compared to when it was 
supposed to be released.
