After installing 3.0.6, I glanced at the tutorial last night. I admit  
I'm slightly confused regarding SPNEGO at this point. The 3.0.6 JIRA  
issue about spnego says it's implemented via JAAS, but the above  
tutorial seems to point towards a SPNEGO authHanlder that was  
different from JAAS.

What is the peferred method for configuring SPNEGO? JAAS or a  
separate spnego auth handler? Or am I just totally confused and the  
spnego auth handler is really just part of JAAS.
