Summary: Wrong Installation Path for Windows
Details: When using an english version of Windows, but selecting e.g. German as
the language of choice, the installation path is determined by the language
choice, and not by the windows settings.

I have noted this problem too.
With an english version of Windows and Swedish as chosen language, IzPack
recommends the installation path C:\Program\MyApp instead of C:\Program
Files\MyApp as would be expected.
